Please choose the "sign in" option at the right top corner of the home page and then enter your details under “Register”

No. The subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

1What type of services do you offer?

We offer multiple subscription plans and products: Expired Leads, FSBO, FRBO, Skip Tracing, Broker Email List, Marketing Plans, and full buildings with owners contact details.

2How often do you send out leads and how?

All subscription lists are sent at 7.45 am. It is delivered in an Excel file directly to your inbox.

Expired leads are sent out Monday to Friday.

FSBO leads are sent out every Thursday.

FRBO leads are sent out Monday to Friday.

3Can I find these leads by myself?

You can find listings on your own, but not the leads. We take the listings and do all the research by checking ownership, public databases, and multiple databases to find all the missing contact information the listing did not provide. This allows you to spend your time prospecting leads instead of researching for their contact information.

4How often do you update your broker email list?

On the 5th day of every month a new and updated list is created

5How would I know if it is the right fit for me?

Every subscription plan offers a 7-day free trial so you may try it first.

6What’s the buildings list?

This is a list of buildings we have compiled over the years and continue to expand. The list is regularly updated. You can also request a new building through our Skip Tracing service.

7What makes your marketing plans different?

Our marketing plans were developed and perfected over the years by our founder and his team. These proven strategies have been successfully used to secure multiple exclusive listings.

8Is there a guarantee that every lead is accurate?

While most leads will be accurate, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Expired leads, for example, are sourced from information provided by agents and brokerages, which may occasionally contain errors (e.g., an agent providing an incorrect unit number).

9Where are these leads coming from?

Our team is working around the clock to find these leads for you. We use multiple online resources to gain the best results possible.

10How current is the data?

The data is updated and sourced daily.

1Do you scrub the contact details against the DNC (do not call) list?

No, we do not scrub the numbers and you should observe all Federal Do Not Call List rules. For more detailed information on the Do Not Call Registry, visit www.donotcall.gov
