Once the system was developed, his real estate business experienced remarkable growth.
Initially launched in 2018 with Manhattan only - reflected in our original name, ExpLiMO: Expired Listings Manhattan Only and pronounced Ex-plimo. Demand from agents prompted the expansion to include Brooklyn in 2019.
